JIMMY DEAN'S SAUSAGE AND EGG PIZZA

And of course you have to use Jimmy Dean sausage!

Ingredients:	1 pkg Jimmy Dean roll sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 5 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Directions:	Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 1. Separate crescent dough into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form crust and seal perforations. 2. Spoon sausage over crust, sprinkle with potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.
