CAJUN-ASIAN SHRIMP

Recipe
Ingredients:
2 dozen jumbo shrimp or prawns (deveined, with tails off)
1 small can water chesnuts
1 small can bamboo shoots
1 small bottle Tabsco sauce
1 cup green beans
1 each medium green and red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin strips
1 cup sake (clear)
2 ounces rice oil or butter
1 small bottle of capers, to taste
1 cup fresh grated horseradish root
4 small radishes for garnish, sliced or diced
1 jar plum sauce for dipping
Directions:
1. Preheat saute pan and add rice oil or butter. (We used butter on the show). Add shrimp, green and red peppers, bamboo shoots and green beans. Sprinkle on 1/2 of the grated horseradish root. Let the vegetables soak up the oil and wine. Cook only until the shrimp are done.
2. Add garlic and water chesnuts. The vegetables should be heated through, but still crunchy.
3. Season with Tabasco sauce and the rest of the ground horseradish root, to taste. Garnish with diced radishes and capers.
